Getting Started

Welcome to AnnealIQ

AnnealIQ is an AI-powered qPCR data analysis tool. Upload your instrument data, describe your experiment in plain English, and get validated analysis with publication-ready figures — all through a conversational chat interface.

All qPCR analysis computation runs in your browser. Only experiment descriptions and result summaries are sent to the AI service for interpretation. Your raw Ct values never leave your machine.

Creating an account

AnnealIQ is in closed beta. To get access, join the waitlist on the landing page. When a spot opens, we’ll email you an invite code.

On the login page, switch to Sign Up, enter your email, password, and invite code. Your account is created with beta access and you’re redirected to the chat interface.

If you sign up without an invite code, you’ll land in the waiting room. You can check your access status from there.

Your first analysis

From the chat interface, drag a CSV or RDML file onto the browser window — or click the upload button in the chat input area.

AnnealIQ auto-detects the file format (Bio-Rad CFX, ABI QuantStudio, Roche LightCycler, RDML, or generic CSV). A data summary card shows your gene names, sample counts, and replicate structure.

Type a description of your experiment: "GAPDH is my reference gene, Control is my control group, analyze BRCA1 expression." The AI identifies parameters, shows a confirmation card with confidence indicators, and runs the analysis.

Saving and resuming sessions

Sessions auto-save to the cloud after meaningful state changes (debounced 2 seconds). The save indicator in the header shows Saved, Saving, or Error.

Click the Sessions toggle in the header to open the sidebar. Your sessions are listed most-recent-first with auto-generated names (e.g., "BRCA1 analysis – Mar 19"). Click any session to restore it with complete state: data, parameters, results, QC decisions, statistics, and chat history.

Click New Analysis to start fresh — the current session auto-saves before resetting.
