Supported formats
AnnealIQ supports these instrument export formats:

Drop any supported file and AnnealIQ auto-detects the format. If the format isn’t recognized, the generic CSV parser activates and the AI helps identify which columns contain your Ct values, sample names, and gene names.
RDML import
RDML (Real-time PCR Data Markup Language) v1.3+ files are supported alongside CSV formats. RDML import provides richer metadata: sample types are auto-populated with color-coded badges (Unknown, NTC, NRT, Standard).
Unsupported RDML versions show a specific error with the version number detected.
Drag-and-drop
Drag a file anywhere onto the browser window. A full-window overlay appears to confirm the drop zone. Release to start parsing. You can also click the upload button in the chat input area.
Data summary card
After parsing, a data summary card appears in the chat showing: gene names, total sample count, replicate structure, and a format badge identifying which parser was used.
